The Group works exclusively in the "fun" industry! The Group's core brands are consumed around the world predominantly by people celebrating and having a good time and this concept is reflected in the workplace too.

Edrington has a long-established reputation for involving its workforce in a variety of sports and social activities throughout the year most of which are free of charge. Whether it is a summer BBQ, a dinner dance, golf or bowling outings, inter-site football, ladies' theatre nights, sailing on the Firth of Clyde, curling, cricket, quiz nights, treasure hunts or the Edrington Olympics (an annual fun indoor team competition involving over 100 employees), everyone is invited and most get involved!
